Reload fees imposed by agents of Touch ‘n Go


WE refer to the “Text Us” message “Unreasonable charge for top-up” from RK Sharma of Petaling Jaya (The Star, Jan 24). We would like to point out that we do not impose any surcharge for Touch ‘n Go card reloads at all of our reload points. These surcharges are levied by our reload agents.

In addition, we have provided options for our customers to reload their Touch ‘n Go cards without surcharge at over 500 reload points, including at Touch ‘n Go hubs, Touch ‘n Go SPOTs located along major highways, Touch ‘n Go self-service kiosks, 99 Speedmart outlets and Watsons and Caring pharmacies.
