AS a non-resident of Malaysia, I was very pleased that the government included non-residents like me (and many thousands of other non-residents) in its vaccination programme.
Yesterday, 200 78- and 79-year-olds were scheduled for jabs in Melaka and we were expertly and efficiently dealt with by friendly, professional staff. They took care to make sure that I understood what I was told after I advised them of my hearing loss and I observed special care being taken with others in wheelchairs, etc.
