THE on-going operations carried out by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission against errant public servants from key departments in our civil service, such as the Police and Immigration Department, have once again highlighted the long-standing issues of ethics, morality and integrity in our country.
Civil servants must develop a culture that will pave the way for the emergence of not only a dedicated, efficient and ethical civil service but also one that emphasises management integrity.
