Passengers have flexibility to change dates

WE refer to the letter entitled “Waiting for information on status of tickets for international flights” by Bob Wong that was published by The Star on Dec 17 (online at bit.ly/star_travel).

The writer stated that despite Malaysia Airlines advertising its latest MHholidays campaign, it had “yet to make any announcements on the status of tickets for international flights to those who bought them but were unable to travel due to the Covid-19 pandemic”.
