POS Malaysia refers to the letter “Concerned by postal services and water supply” by Keith Austin, published by The Star on Oct 9 (online at bit.ly/star_mail).
Outbound international mail, parcels and express mail service have been suspended by Pos Malaysia since Aug 3, until further notice, to all international destinations except Singapore. This is because the current pandemic has caused varying levels of restrictions across destination countries on flights, airport closures and cross- border services.
