THERE are two matters I would like to raise that are the cause of on-going concern for me – postal services and fresh water supply in Penang.
Two days ago, I received my September bank statement from Hong Kong. This in itself is of no consequence except that in this instance, it came by airmail post. I receive posts on a regular basis from both Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, but I have found it impossible to send mail back to these locations.
