THE Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) would like to refer to two letters published in The Star entitled “Registering professional engineers”, on Jan 7 (online at bit.ly/star_engineer) and “Upholding professionalism in engineering”, on Jan 15 (online at bit.ly/star_uphold).
The letters essentially raised two issues:
