I'm a happily married man in my late thirties with two teenage children. My wife and I agree our family is complete, and now, after her experiences with childbirth, I'm considering a vasectomy. While I'm aware that this procedure is less risky and generally straightforward for men, I still have some concerns about its effectiveness and what happens to the sperm afterward.
