Crude futures settle lower


NEW YORK, June 5 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices fell on Friday.

The West Texas Intermediate for July delivery decreased by 2.5 dollars, or 2.69 percent, to settle at 90.54 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for August delivery lost 1.94 dollars, or 2.04 percent, to settle at 93.09 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
