On the evening of Oct 11, a video from a CCTV camera was posted on X of what looks to be a petrol station storefront.
It shows a typical scene of a motorcyclist getting off his bike and into the store. But on his way out, he was caught on video grabbing a phone off the counter in front of the store and riding away.
