GENERALLY, we tend to trust the statements made in the documents we receive if they have an “official” air to them; if they are on the right letterhead with the correct address.

Recently, a letter went viral along with a claim that the recipient has to pay RM800 based on an order from the “Headquarters of the Federal Court of Malaysia”.
