A CCTV recording went viral on social media over the weekend, showing three youths approaching a house at night.
In quick succession, they light and throw firecrackers into the compound of the house and walk away as the quiet neighbourhood is rocked by loud bangs.
It is said that the incident occurred in Seremban on Valentine's Day. Did this happen as claimed?

Seremban OCPD Asst Comm Azahar Abdul Rahim said that police are looking for the trio in the CCTV footage.
He said preliminary investigations found that the incident took place at the home of a senior citizen in Taman Seremban Jaya at 8.12pm on Saturday (Feb 14).
"In the clip which has since gone viral, three unidentified youths can be seen committing the act.
"A report was lodged around 1.45pm Monday (Feb 16)," he said in a statement on Monday.
ACP Azahar said the case is being investigated under Section 8 of the Explosives Act 1957 for setting off or possessing fireworks without approval.
Offenders can be jailed up to seven years, or fined up to RM10,000, or both upon conviction.
ACP Azahar urged anyone with information on the case to contact the district police hotline at 06-6033 222 or go to the nearest station.
