IT was reported that a tank had broken down along Jalan Damansara, at the slip road near Carcosa Seri Negara to Kuala Lumpur Sentral. Is this true?

According to DBKL's Kuala Lumpur Control and Command Centre's Facebook page, the tank had broken down at the second leftmost lane of the slip road.
“The middle lane is blocked,” it said.
A DBKL spokesman said the tank was used for the Merdeka parade rehearsal on Friday (Aug 26) morning.
"DBKL officers had gone to the site to assess the situation.
"The Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM) had also been informed of the situation," he said.
A few rangers were reported to have arrived at the scene at around 10.50am.
It was learnt that the tank had been later moved and the road was clear.
Twitter users had reported a traffic crawl from Jalan Duta towards KL Sentral.
