Kuala Lumpur Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department chief Asst Comm Sarifudin Mohd Salleh said on Dec 17 that the driver of the vehicle had pleaded guilty and was sentenced to five days in jail as well as being fined RM8,000. The man also had his driving licence suspended for five years.
