KUALA LUMPUR: A fight that broke out at Low Yat Plaza was not racial in nature, according to police.
“The incident stemmed from a fight to get customers at a computer shop. It's not a racial issue.
“About 42 people, aged 20 to 35, were taken to the police station and investigations are still ongoing,” said Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Zainal Abdullah when contacted Friday (Dec 5).
Videos of the fight had been posted on social media.
Groups of people can be seen trying to break up the scuffle outside and inside the mall.
