MANILA (Philippine Daily Inquirer/ANN): Senator Ramon 'Bong' Revilla on Tuesday (May 19) proposed imposing taxes on digital content and services to augment funding for the country’s national economic recovery plan amid the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic.
