SEOUL (Xinhua): Nuclear envoys of South Korea and the United States held phone talks Thursday (April 2) over the Korean Peninsula issues, according to the South Korean foreign ministry.
Lee Do-hoon, South Korea's special representative for Korean Peninsula peace and security affairs, talked over phone with US Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Biegun at the request of Biegun, the ministry said in a statement.
