BANGKOK (The Nation/ANN): The doctor in charge of Chulalongkorn University’s Information Centre for Emerging Infectious Diseases believes all public activity in Thailand should be shut down for 21 days to halt the spread of Covid-19.
Dr Teerawat Hemajutha posted on Facebook that merely closing specific venues and barring public events will have little effect because people continue to behave as usual, going to their workplaces and using public transportation.
