HANOI: The Vietnamese Grand Prix will have to be cancelled if the Covid-19 (coronavirus) outbreak becomes "complicated" next month, a Hanoi official says.

"Even the Formula One race... despite doing everything we can to prepare for and organise the event, if the situation gets complicated in March, if it must be stopped, we must stop the race," Hanoi chairman Nguyen Duc Chung Chung said.
