TOKYO: Nissan Motor will continue to take legal action against Carlos Ghosn to hold the former chairman to account, the Japanese carmaker said on Tuesday (Jan 7).
The fact that the 65-year-old fled before facing trial in Japan on financial misconduct charges was "extremely regrettable," Nissan said in a statement.
