SINGAPORE (Bernama): Singapore’s Foreign Affairs Minister Dr Vivian Balakrishnan (pic) has been appointed as the Acting Transport Minister in Singapore-Malaysia Bilateral Negotiations, according to the Prime Minister's Office.
It is because the Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Transport Minister Khaw Boon Wan is on extended medical leave after fracturing his left arm in a fall last week.
