A SINGAPORE-registered ship that went missing in the Indian Ocean last Thursday was located about 20 hours later.
The M.T. Setia Jaya, a 6,379-tonne tanker which carries petroleum products, had apparently caught fire while it was in Sri Lankan waters. Its distress calls were picked up by another tanker, the BP Pride. – The Straits Times/Asia News Network
