KUALA LUMPUR: Bersatu's youth wing Armada wants an immediate political restructuring plan for the party.
Armada information chief Harris Idaham Rashid said this is to safeguard the dignity, rights and voices of all party members at the grassroots level.
"We are ready to rise and rebuild our strength without submitting to any party that places personal interests above the struggle for the people," he said in a statement on Tuesday (Oct 20).
"We (Armada) take note of the decision by the Registrar of Societies Malaysia (ROS) today to cancel the registration of Perikatan Nasional under subparagraph 13(1)(c)(iv) of the Societies Act 1966.
"This major setback is a crisis that could have been avoided had the coalition's top leadership respected the fundamental principles of organisational administration."

Harris said an approach that treats important party decisions like personal property, without the consensus of all component parties, has ultimately backfired.
He stressed that failure to follow procedures and disregard for clauses in the Perikatan constitution led to the deregistration.
"The failure of Perikatan chairman Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar and Perikatan and PAS secretary-general Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan to manage meeting procedures, coupled with disregarding several clauses in the Perikatan constitution, tarnished a political platform built on the tears and sweat of grassroots members.
"It has been shown that (former coalition chairman) Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin led and safeguarded Perikatan's standing in an orderly manner and in compliance with the law, from day one of its establishment.
"It is unfortunate that after the coalition's leadership changed hands this year, the entire Perikatan institution has been left shattered and ruined within a few months.
"This is clear evidence of gross incompetence that is deeply embarrassing," he said.
