PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is seeking a 48-year-old man to assist in a trial at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court.
MACC said Ta Jin Kiat, a Malaysian, was being investigated under Section 409 of the Penal Code (Act 574) for criminal breach of trust by public servant or agent.
“His last known address is No. 12, Persiaran Madge, A-3a The Madge, 50200 Kuala Lumpur,” it said in a statement on Friday (Sept 11).
MACC said efforts to locate Ta had been unsuccessful, resulting in the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate’s Court issuing an arrest warrant against him on Sept 2.
The commission urged anyone with information on Ta’s whereabouts to contact investigating officer Stefan Lue Hsien Yang at 017-902 8199 or 03-8870 0801.
