King receives Auditor-General's reports on 2025 federal, state finances


KUALA LUMPUR: His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, on Tuesday (Sept 8) received the Auditor-General's Report 2/2026 on the Federal Government's Financial Statements for 2025.

According to a post on Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar's Facebook page, His Majesty also received the report on the activities of federal ministries and departments, as well as reports on the financial statements of state governments and agencies, the activities of state ministries, departments and agencies, and the management of state government companies.

The reports were presented by Auditor-General Datuk Seri Wan Suraya Wan Mohd Radzi during an audience with the King at Istana Bukit Tunku here.

The King also reviewed the reports, in line with His Majesty's concern over governance and the country's financial management, the post said. – Bernama
