KUALA LUMPUR: His Majesty, Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, on Wednesday (July 15), expressed his happy birthday wishes to the Sultan of Brunei, Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah.
In a post on the Facebook page of Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar, His Majesty also prayed that Allah SWT bless the Sultan of Brunei with happiness and long life.
Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah was born on July 15, 1946 in Bandar Brunei (Bandar Seri Begawan) and was installed as the 29th Sultan of Brunei in 1967.
He is the longest-reigning monarch in the world after the death of Queen Elizabeth II in Sept 2022. – Bernama
