Previously, a TikTok user alleged in a video that Kampung Orang Asli Lubuk Gaharu Tok Batin Mohd Asmadi Abdullah had hidden Jaslinda in the village after she went missing for two weeks.

The allegations sparked outrage among the Orang Asli community, with 50 police reports lodged by village chiefs and representatives from Batang Padang, Muallim and Kinta districts.

Jaslinda was rescued by Orang Asli villagers on June 6 after she went missing for about 14 days during a hiking expedition at Gunung Batu Putih in Tapah late last month.
