Four lost female hikers found safe in Bukit Tunggul


PETALING JAYA: Four female hikers were safely rescued after they got lost at Bukit Tunggul in Dengkil.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar said the distress call was received at about 10.13am on Sunday (June 14).

"Six firemen were deployed to the scene for the search.

"We believe the four hikers, aged between 25 and in their 40s, got lost while hiking. However, we managed to contact them," he said when contacted on Sunday.

The hikers were safely rescued and brought out from the location at about 11.30am, he said,

"They did not sustain any injury," he added.
