Boy’s eyelid caught in his school uniform zipper

A BOY’S left eyelid got caught in a zipper while putting on his school uniform in a freak accident in China’s Jiangxi province, Sin Chew Daily reported.

His parents rushed him to the nearest fire station in Shangrao city to get help.

Video footage shows firefighters starting the task by cutting away parts of the uniform.

During the process, a fireman asked the boy if he was in pain, to which he replied yes.

“Please endure just a little longer,” he told the boy, before safely removing the zipper.

> Taiwanese celebrity Lin Chi-Ling took on the role of “chef” by preparing all the meals for her husband and herself when they were stuck at home during the Covid-19 pandemic, China Press reported.

“I made breakfast, lunch and dinner every day without fail,” she said at a recent talk show.

The guests were surprised that Lin would do all the cooking herself rather than get help for the task.

Lin married Japanese boy band member Akira in 2019. The couple have one son.

She also revealed that she has been living with her in- laws in Japan over the past few months.

According to Lin, her in- laws had been helping with childcare.

With the grandparents taking care of her son, she said it allowed her to focus on work without worry.
