KUALA LUMPUR: Police have yet to receive any application or notification regarding a planned rally by Sekretariat Tangkap Azam Baki, which is expected to take place on April 25 at Dataran Merdeka.

Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Sazalee Adam said, as of now, no parties have submitted any request to the authorities concerning the gathering.

“We have not received any application or notification in relation to the proposed rally,” he told the media on Wednesday (April 1).

ACP Sazalee advised the public to comply with the law and not to misuse public assemblies as a platform for actions that could disrupt public order or threaten safety.
