Positive leads found in Sepang robbery probe, says Selangor top cop


SHAH ALAM: Police have obtained positive leads in their investigation of a robbery at a house in Taman Aman, Sungai Pelek, Sepang.

“However, we are unable to disclose further details for now," Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Shazeli Kahar told a press conference here on Monday (March 16).

"A media statement on the latest developments will be issued soon."

A 35-year-old man was injured after robbers broke into his home on Friday (March 13).

It was reported that the victim was at home with his family when four armed robbers entered the house, attacked him, and robbed the family.

The victim sustained injuries and received treatment at Hospital Tuanku Ja’afar in Seremban.

Sepang OCPD Asst Comm Norhizam Bahaman said in a statement on Saturday (March 14) that police were actively tracking down the four suspects.
