PEKAN: A majority of the National Service Training Programme (PLKN) trainees reported positive personal changes after completing the programme, says chairman of PLKN Council Tan Sri Dr Abdul Aziz Zainal.
Based on trainee feedback, he said 85% of the trainees said they had become more mature and appreciated the importance of cooperation among Malaysia’s diverse communities.
