Police seek help in locating missing 12-year-old boy in Taman Bukit Indah


ISKANDAR PUTERI: Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 12-year-old boy reported missing from Taman Bukit Indah.

Iskandar Puteri OCPD Asst Comm M. Kumarasan said the police received a report on the child's disappearance at about 10.46am on Tuesday (Dec 23).

"The boy's 47-year-old father lodged the report, claiming his son went missing near Taman Bukit Indah.

"The missing child has been identified as Tang Hong Jun, a Malaysian aged 12. He was last seen at No.12, Jalan Indah 18/3, Taman Bukit Indah," he said in a statement on Wednesday (Dec 24).

He urged members of the public with any information on the child’s whereabouts to contact the investigating officer, Inspector Nurul Syafiqah, at 011-19114131.

Those with information may also contact the Iskandar Puteri district police control centre at 07-511 3622 or its hotline at 07-511 4486.
