PUTRAJAYA: The closing ceremony of the "Rancakkan Madani Bersama Malaysiaku" programme and the National Public Service Reform Convention 2025 on Sunday will be graced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, who will officiate the closing of the three-day programmes.

Sunday's event, which would begin at 11 am, would commence with the singing of the Negaraku, followed by the recitation of the Rukun Negara pledge by National Unity Ministry staff member Muhammad Ismail Aminuddin, an opening performance by singer Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza Taruddin and then Anwar's keynote address.

The Prime Minister was also scheduled to launch the people's projects, namely Sahabat Penggerak Madani and the People's Welfare Insurance Scheme (SIKR) 3.0.

Organised to highlight the manifestations of achievements and successes of the Madani Government, especially throughout 2025, and to promote and disseminate the Public Service Reform Agenda (ARPA), the programme featured eight main segments: Madani People's Products, Madani People's Well-being, ARPA, Asean Leadership, Madani People's Brotherhood, Madani Sales, Madani Youth and Visit Malaysia 2026.

The programme was organised by the Performance Acceleration Coordination Unit (Pacu) of the Prime Minister's Office in collaboration with the Public Service Department and the Malaysia Productivity Corporation.

Additionally, both Deputy Prime Ministers, Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof, would be in attendance at the fifth forum to discuss the topic, "Madani Government: Retrospective and Mapping the Journey will be Ahead."

Earlier at 8.30am on Sunday, the forum stage would feature the Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar and the Chief Commissioner of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Tan Sri Azam Baki, discussing "Three Years of the Madani Government: A Public Service Perspective."

Among the activities on the final day at the main stage would be a lucky draw session and a Sustainable Cleaning demonstration by the Energy Transition and Water Transformation Ministry and Indah Water Consortium (IWK).

The overall content would not only highlight efforts to strengthen unity, education, arts, and Islamic teachings but also showcase the Madani Government's achievements over three years.

In addition, various programmes have been prepared as an appreciation for visitors, including the Madani Sales, which offer discounts on essential goods, such as “back to school” sales, and a career carnival featuring 30 employers and over 5,000 job opportunities.

Participating employers include FGV Holdings Bhd, SD Guthrie, Bank Rakyat, Bank Simpanan Nasional, Top Glove, Amanah Raya, Mandarin Oriental, Ranhill Technologies, West Port, Port of Tanjung Pelepas, and Columbia Asia, making it one of the largest job-matching platforms before the end of 2025. – Bernama
