Anti Bully Bill 2025 to be tabled for first reading in Dewan Rakyat

KUALA LUMPUR: The Anti Bully Bill 2025 will be tabled for first reading in the Dewan Rakyat on Monday (Dec 1).

According to the House order of business for December 1, the Bill is one of three pieces of legislation scheduled for the day.

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department for Law and Institutional Reform Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said said the Bill defines bullying clearly and comprehensively.

She said it covers physical, verbal and online elements.

The standardised definition gives institutions, agencies, parents and the community a consistent reference for prevention, enforcement and rehabilitation.
