Police looking for Rohayu Ithnin, witness in sexual crime against children case


KUALA LUMPUR: Police are tracking down a woman to appear as a witness in the trial of a case involving sexual crime against children at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court.

Kuala Lumpur police chief Datuk Fadil Marsus named the woman as Rohayu Ithnin, 45, with a last known address at No 68A Jalan Hamzah, Kampung Baru, Kuala Lumpur.

"Her testimony is required in the trial currently in progress at the Kuala Lumpur Criminal Sessions Court 1. The case is regarding a report lodged at Dang Wangi, and the trial is conducted under Section 14(a) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017," he said in a statement today.
