ALOR SETAR: The man who allegedly beheaded his brother-in-law in Kampung Pida 3, Jerlun, last Friday (Oct 31) is believed to have refused psychiatric treatment for the past five months.
Kedah police chief Datuk Adzli Abu Shah said the suspect had also refused to take his prescribed medication, which may have triggered hallucinations leading up to the attack.
