Missing policeman found safe in Subang Jaya


SUBANG JAYA: The policeman who was reported missing has been found safe.

Subang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Wan Azlan Wan Mamat confirmed that the 40-year-old had returned to the police quarters in USJ8 at around 1.45am on Monday (Oct 20).

"Following his return, the investigating officer was notified," he said.

ACP Wan Azlan stated that the investigation team took the policeman to the USJ 8 police station and asked his wife to file a confirmation report.

Investigations revealed that the police officer was seen at several mosques around Morib, Banting and Putra Heights.

"The true cause of his disappearance is still under investigation. We will provide updates as necessary," he added.
