Appeal against Syed Saddiq’s acquittal set for December


PETALING JAYA: The Federal Court has fixed a two-day hearing in December for the prosecution’s appeal against the acquittal of Muar MP Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman from graft charges involving RM1.2mil.

Deputy public prosecutor Datuk Wan Shaharuddin Wan Ladin told reporters that the hearing dates have been fixed for Dec 11 and Dec 12.
