A WOMAN who went missing two years ago and was believed killed by her husband has turned up and is alive, reported Makkal Osai.

Her family accused her husband and his family of having killed the then 20-year-old woman from Uttar Pradesh, India, when she went missing after a year and a half into her marriage.

The husband and six of his family members were arrested. Police suspected the accused of having tortured her for more dowry and concealing her death.

However, during the course of the investigation, police found that the woman was alive and living in Madya Pradesh.
