SHAH ALAM: The Defence Minister and the Defence Ministry have agreed to refrain from further public comment on the death of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Skudai reserve officer cadet, the late Syamsul Haris Shamsudin, pending the completion of the investigation.
This undertaking was communicated to the High Court on Friday (Sept 26), following the applicant's receipt of a letter of undertaking from the respondents after a notice of motion was filed by the deceased's mother, Ummu Haiman Bee Daulatgun, 45.
