A SINGLE mother to seven children has found love again after seven years, with a paralysed and wheelchair-bound man who is also 13 years younger than her, Harian Metro reported.
Norzrina Mohamed, 52, married Mohammad Hafizi Hassan, 39, whom she met online.
He suffered a spinal cord injury at age 15, leaving him paralysed from the chest down ever since.
“I didn’t think I would remarry again after separating from my ex-husband seven years ago,” said Norzrina.
“I do not mind the age gap and I accepted Hafizi as he had the qualities I wanted in a husband,” she added.
Norzrina said his physical disabilities did not matter as she has adapted to the daily routine of taking care of his well-being.
“I accept him wholeheartedly, just as he accepts me. I married him with the intention of caring for him in his current condition,” she said, adding that she felt compassion when she imagined being in his place.
