"The operation, involving 14 officers and personnel, have arrested five men aged between 17 and 28 along Jalan Pintasan Temenggung Ahmad.
They were caught racing among each other and performing 'Superman' and zig-zag stunts from Jalan Pintasan Haji Kosai to Jalan Pintasan Temenggung Ahmad," he said in a statement.

"The case is being investigated under Section 42(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987, which carries a maximum penalty of five years in jail and a fine of up to RM15,000, upon conviction.
We will continue to take firm action against illegal racing as it endangers road users and disturbs public peace," he said.
Raiz also urges parents and guardians of underaged teenagers to monitor their children’s movements to ensure they do not get involved in illegal racing activities.
Meanwhile, in Iskandar Puteri, 84 summonses were issued for various traffic offences during roadblocks operation held on Aug 16 and 17 at KM13J of the Second Link Expressway heading towards Perling (Nusabayu).
Iskandar Puteri police chief Asst Comm M. Kumarasan said the operation was carried out to take firm action against illegal street racers who continue to cause problems in the area, disturbing other road users and nearby residents.
"Summonses were issued following checks on 430 vehicles and 522 individuals.
"Among the offences detected were vehicle modifications (exhaust systems), fancy registration plates, driving without a licence, no side mirrors, lack of insurance coverage and others," he said in a statement.
He stressed that roadblocks would continue to be conducted at the location every weekend to fully curb illegal street racing, which continues to disturb public peace in the Nusabayu area.
"I remind parents and guardians to always monitor the movements of their children, especially those who go out riding motorcycles.
This is important to prevent youths from getting involved in illegal street racing, which carries high risks and can even lead to death," he added.
