AFTER seven years of marriage, a wife discovered that her husband is autistic, Harian Metro reported.

Noor Hasnita, 32, said her husband, Mohamad Azhar, 33, was unsure about his condition until he went for a medical check-up last year.

She admitted that after his diagnosis, she mulled the idea of asking for a divorce.

“When I found out, I was calm, but it took months for me to accept it,” she said.

She said she has always been the dominant person in their marriage as her husband does not know what to do when asked.

“In our seventh year, I could feel something was wrong after finding out he had a blog and wrote every day, but not like a normal person,” she said.

Shortly after that, they decided to consult a doctor.

“When I first met my husband, I noticed he was kind and quiet, so as a woman, I certainly liked him,” Noor Hasnita said.

The couple got to know each other in 2014 through social media.
