JOHOR BARU: The state Health Department is rolling out a comprehensive set of hygiene and food safety initiatives in preparation for Visit Johor 2026, with a strong focus on cleanliness at food premises across the state.
Department director Dr Mohtar Pungut Ahmad said maintaining cleanliness and food safety is critical as the state prepares to welcome local and international tourists next year.
