KUALA LUMPUR: Traffic flow on several major highways across the country has been reported to be smooth and under control as of 9.40pm Saturday (Feb 21).

A spokesperson for the Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) reported smooth traffic flow on the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway (KLK), East Coast Highway Phase 1 (LPT1), East Coast Highway Phase 2 (LPT2) and the West Coast Expressway (WCE).

However, traffic is slow-moving but controlled on the North-South Expressway (PLUS) E1 from Bukit Beruntung to Rawang due to an increase in the number of vehicles, while on the PLUS E2, traffic is slow-moving from Simpang Renggam to Senai due to a broken-down bus at KM22.0 and the incident is blocking the right lane.

The public can obtain the latest traffic information through the 24-hour hotline at 1-800-88-7752 and the X account @plustrafik. - Bernama
