SHAH ALAM: Flash floods in the area turned tragic as two men were believed to have been electrocuted during the early morning deluge.
Shah Alam OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim said that members of the public found the first body along Jalan Padu 25/127.
