Two men found electrocuted

SHAH ALAM: Flash floods in the area turned tragic as two men were believed to have been electrocuted during the early morning deluge.

Shah Alam OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim said that members of the public found the first body along Jalan Padu 25/127.

“Investigations showed that the area was a storehouse meant to keep construction material and was also used as the deceased’s home,” he said yesterday.

“The 27-year-old was found face down along with the body of a dog that was also believed to have been electrocuted.”

He added the second victim, aged 24, was electrocuted at home while charging his phone.

The victim from Kampung Padang Jawa worked as a delivery man.

Both cases were classified as sudden death.
