KULAI: Four local male youths have been detained after one of them allegedly cussed at a police officer at Kulai police district headquarters here in a viral video of the incident.
Kulai OCPD Asst Comm Tan Seng Lee said the personnel had lodged a report about the incident at around 4.40pm on Tuesday (Feb 18) afternoon.
