Hannah Yeoh rubbishes claims by PAS man linking her to YTL’s Yeoh family

PETALING JAYA: Youth and Sports Minister Hannah Yeoh on Monday lashed out at Perak PAS chief Razman Zakaria for claiming the former was linked to the Yeoh family which owns YTL Corporation Bhd.

“PAS needs to know that not all Yeohs are related,” said Hannah in a post on X.

The minister was responding to a video of the Gunong Semanggol assemblyman, claiming that she was the “daughter of a rich man” and a “daughter of YTL”.

The late Yeoh Tiong Lay founded YTL as a construction company in 1955 and has since become the country’s largest conglomerate ranging from construction to utilities, hotels and property development.
