PUTRAJAYA: All Road Transport Department (JPJ) counter services nationwide will be extended until 7pm on Wednesday (Jan 22) after the MySikap system experienced a disruption earlier in the day.
"JPJ has taken immediate action and system improvements are being carried out to restore operations as soon as possible," JPJ director-general Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli said in a statement on Wednesday.
He added that JPJ apologises for the disruption and deeply regrets any inconvenience experienced. – Bernama
